♥Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.

* Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do, however, allow for an exchange if your item is the wrong size, defective, or damaged upon receipt. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through www.thehappinessclinic.org as soon as possible (limit is 15 days after the item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address for you to fill out and include with the return package.
* We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
