The Happiness Clinic is offering phone, online, and text chat counseling sessions Monday-Friday while we are sheltering-in-place during the coronavirus lockdown. Taking care of your mental and emotional health is one of many ways to avoid isolation while remaining safe and healthy during the coronavirus lockdown.
Since not everyone has access to individual counseling, in addition to private sessions, I am also providing free + live mental health check ups every Monday - Friday on Instagram via Direct Message from 11:00 am -12:00 pm (Pacific Time).
These check ups are intended to help you process your feelings and discuss strategies to reduce symptoms of trauma, stress, and anxiety. I will also offer free or low-cost referrals and resources by request.
Time: Monday - Friday 11:00 am -12:00 pm (Pacific Time).
How to get started: You can begin by sending me a direct message and sharing how you’re feeling and what’s present for you. If I receive your message during the 11:00 am -12:00 pm time frame, I will answer live via text chat. If I receive your message outside of that time frame, I will respond within 24 hours. Feel free to stop by, or share this offer with anyone who you feel would benefit from accessing free virtual mental health support.
